To sign up for a training session, here’s all you have to do:
1. Call or email Tomas Perez (601-4875 / griz62@gmail.com) to schedule your Orientation Workout where you’ll be given a brief assessment test and learn the basic Core Workout.
2. Schedule your ongoing workout sessions. This applies to individual and groups.
3. Pay by check to: “SportsBridge”
